Who is eligible?
- Youth between the ages of 15 and 30 years of age at the time of selection.
- Those who have completed postsecondary education and are having
difficulty finding jobs in their field of education. - Those who have been out of postsecondary education for three months and have actively been looking for employment.
- Those who are not collecting Unemployment Insurance.
- A Canadian citizen, or a permanent resident or protected person within the meaning of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada.
- Legally entitled to work according to the relevant provincial/territorial legislation and regulations.
- Youth whose circumstances may challenge them in making a successful transition to the workplace.
