The ACCA is pleased to welcome Cole Kander as Manager of Government and Stakeholder Relations! Cole was born and raised in Alberta and currently calls Edmonton his home. He went to Red Deer College for aviation and then to the University of Alberta for his degree in Political Studies. Cole has worked in all three levels of government including Canada’s Parliament, Alberta’s Legislature, and Edmonton’s City hall, and brings with him extensive internal knowledge of the political system. Throughout his career, he has held various board positions in different political parties and managed political campaigns across Canada. His project management and team building skills honed through campaigning will be an asset when it comes to building ACCA’s Government Relations sector. In his spare time – when he is not taking care of his nine week old first born – he competes in powerlifting as well as chess. Cole is looking forward to reaching out to ACCA members to find out what your priorities are so he can represent your values to our elected officials.
