DELEGATE CREDENTIAL FORM

This form is for current members of the Alberta Community & Co-operative Association to register an organization’s delegate(s) for the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Please refer to your AGM package to confirm the number of delegates you may register or contact communications@acca.coop.

Please note that appointment of voting delegates does NOT constitute registration for the AGM. All attendees, including any voting delegates, must register separately.
