Could your co-operative use extra funding to boost its impact? The Co-operative Development Program (CDP) is here to help!
In 2025, Co-operators is proud to offer $500,000 in grants through CDP to support the development and growth of Canadian co-operatives. This funding opportunity is open to any co-operative incorporated in Canada.
We’re especially excited to support projects that align with our Social Impact Framework. Co-operatives focusing on one or more of the following areas are highly encouraged to apply:
Social Wellness: Initiatives promoting youth mental health
Inclusive Economy: Projects that provide job skills, employment, and financial resilience for underserved individuals
Environmental Resilience: Efforts to transition to a low-carbon economy, mitigate climate risks, or protect biodiversity
