ACCA response to COVID-19 pandemic

ACCA has been monitoring the COVID-19 outbreak situation over the past few weeks as we plan our annual events, including our AGM scheduled to take place May 27 in Red Deer.

With the recent announcement of COVID-19 being declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization, ACCA will continue to monitor the situation locally and make contingency plans as required should it not be advisable to hold in-person meetings. This would include the potential of holding our AGM as a virtual meeting.

ACCA will be following Health Canada’s guide “Risk-informed decision-making for mass gatherings during COVID-19 global outbreak” to assess the risk and inform our decisions regarding upcoming events.
